What do you like best about Mercury?

For us, Mercury was the obvious choice after incorporating via Stripe Atlas and having an internationally based co-founder with non-US citizenship. The KYC onboarding was virtually without headaches, just make sure your non-US co-founder has a passport as this will hold up the process Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercury?

During the initial onboarding, I discovered a bug in the process/interface that occurs only once per user. When I tried to report the issue, they requested a screen recording, which was impossible to provide since the bug can only be replicated a single time during onboarding. Because they didn't understand that a video recording wasn't possible, the bug report wasn't taken seriously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Mercury solving and how is that benefiting you?

Mercury Bank has been a fantastic choice for our startup. The lack of monthly fees and minimum balances has made it incredibly cost-effective, especially in the early stages with low capital. I love the seamless online banking experience, complete with virtual debit cards, integrated payment processing, and automated accounting tools. Plus, having access to a network of investors and resources I believe will be invaluable for scaling our business. The user-friendly interface has made banking and financial management so much easier for me as an entrepreneur. However the mobile app has a long way to go IMHO before It's on par with the web based experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Mercury?

Mercury is good for business.

It helps get payments from sales.

Mobile app is comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Mercury?

Mercury fee little high from other service provider. Mobile app log out often . If one month not log in it not remembers too Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
