Access to every mention on Twitter, fast loading, and easy organization. These things make it very easy for ongoing crisis management. Also great support from the meltwater team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Meltwater is extremely powerful in terms of the range of tools it offers. Especially if you are a part of a brand that generates a lot of social discourse, Meltwater is a great way to easily access, reference, and understand that discourse. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are part of a large brand, then Meltwater is a great fit for you. This is particularly true if you operate in a field that often generates a lot of heated discourse (such as any brand or NGO that deals with social issues on a broad scale). What do you like best about Meltwater?

Explore is the best tool to make social listening researches and analysis. Even when some of it's filters can be improved, the quantity of data and the options to edit it (via csv files) are great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Analysis feature needs to be improved to be the best option in the market because sometimes it doesn't show the correct data and suffers issues and date delays.
