What do you like best about Meltwater?

I like Klear the best. The sister brand to Meltwater that helps with influencer marketing. The courses for social and influencer marketing were also great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Im Klear, I don't like that the platform doesnt let you capture EMV for a campaign that isn't running. I would like to have an option to capture EMV for any content about the brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

I love the function of being able to compare brands. It's so easy to use and the data is comprehensive, and being able to compare the keywords is great with for SEO functionalities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

I find Meltawater has really nice userfriendly interface which is comfortable to use in daily work. Also it has multiple integrated functions, such as sorting of various media platforms & analytics, tagging specific content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

One of the best features from Meltwater is the Explore functionality. The ability to perform highly specific boolean searches is an incredible tool to monitor brand mentions and perform news/insight searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

When organizing lists, the tag feature is useful, but it makes it difficult to easily edit a tag to organize searches by category. Also, the newsletters are a bit bland and it would be great to have the capability to customize them visually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

Meltwater has an assortment of operators that allow me to zoom in on the data I'm looking for with efficient and concise booleans. The addition of new sources and operators keeps the tool relevant and functional. The support is superb, both in responsiveness for troubleshooting and customer success. The focus on volume metrics and source type analysis leaves other research needs a bit high and dry. The post-processing for word clouds and sentiment is not very reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
