What do you like best about Meltwater?

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

Not being able to track TikTok or stories which is where most of the content for our category is found so we are missing a massive piece of the puzzle.

What can and can't be downloaded from the platform to manipulate in excel.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

We've been using Meltwater for more than 10 years. Their team is always helpful and responsive, especially when we need something urgently for a client. Strong customer service is a big reason why we continute to use Meltwater. It's also easy to use and they provide onboarding training for our new team mebers. What do you like best about Meltwater?

The responsiveness of the team behind Meltwater is very impressive. So helpful and courteous, they go to lengths to solve your issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

In spite of the training (which is excellent and thorough), I find the platform itself isn't massively intuitive. For example, while I was on Annual Leave, a colleague was unable to use the platform in my absence. What do you like best about Meltwater?

I love that Meltwater has everything I could need as a social media manager in one place. I use Meltwater every day and was able to effortlessly implement and integrate all features I've needed when I switched over from a different platform. What do you like best about Meltwater?

The limitations of the API restrcted websites doesn't allow many tools to track the forums, but is is available in the meltwater, which helps us a lot, because our manual tasks are reduced, and everything is captured in real time basis, which helps is minimizing crisis for clients Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?
