What do you like best about Meltwater?

I love the user-friendly database of the platform. All of my team members with a range of expertise and skillsets can use it easily.

find the Engagment rate of the profiles and sometime they give the user of all the plataforms that the profile has ir Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They dont give enough information, sometimes a profile only give the age but no the gender.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

Meltwater provides insightful data that helps us create content tailored to our audiences. The dashboard and every mention tool make it so I don't miss anything in real time. I use Meltwater's every-mention tool daily and the dashboard weekly. As the only social media manager in the organization, it keeps me informed, and I can share articles or posts in real-time. The reps have been phenomenal and a great pleasure to work with. I've enjoyed the community and in-person events. The Meltwater Academy makes it easy to learn how to maximize the use of the Meltwater account. Connecting the accounts was simple. Working with Logan Nagai has been a great experience as he is very knowledgeable and takes the time to understand the organization and what tools to implement. What do you dislike about Meltwater?

The user interface makes it seem like it's not user-friendly at first sight or if you don't use it often. Reconnecting pages is a slight inconvenience but very easy; the email reminders are great—ease of implementation for users who don't use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

What do you like best about Meltwater?

The main feature that has made a huge difference for our team is the ability to assign specific approvers for each post. This has cut down on posts going out without proper approval and has made the approval and editing process much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

The main issue our team has run into is that non-approvers are not able to delete posts that are created by accident. This has put a very admin-level task on our manager to deal with and has resulted in a few double postings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

The thing about Meltwater is that it can scale with your organization's needs. It has the powerful tools you expect, like newswire integration and social scheduling, but also has things like customizable boolean based news listening. The UX is easy, the UI is simple to move around in. Simply put, it is the tool that will get all your needs met plus provide some integrations you didn't know you wanted. What do you dislike about Meltwater?

The price. Even though this is a classic 'you get what you pay for' situation, it is still pricey. You will feel it regardless of the level you choose. The sting isn't removed or amended either when they talk about the features they are working on... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
