Linkfluence is a powerful tool for monitoring a specific theme, a brand but also for managing its reputation. On the other hand, it is necessary that its brand or the theme that you want to analyze generates enough volume so that the tool can be used at 100%.Not all modules are equally relevant. What do you like best about Meltwater?

The ability to pull data from Weibo and WeChat proves to be especially useful, and is one of the features I like the most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Meltwater?

Meltwater has many different features and an excellent support team if you have questions & comments. I'm using Klear and Audiense for my work, which has developed my thoughts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Meltwater?

Unfortunately, it's a bit opaque how Meltwater obtains data, and I don't find it meaningful to evaluate target groups, etc., over a part of Twitter followers. In general, the data of the other socials, especially Instagram, is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Meltwater solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is still difficult to define a use case for my work for the reasons mentioned above. But it is interesting to see what possibilities Meltwater can offer when other social media activities can also be monitored in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
