I love using Lytx because it has helped our company and our drivers in some sticky stuations. The audible alerts letting the drivers know what they need to correct is very helpful. They are older drivers and were against any form of camera but since installing and using them they now understand the importance and how it helps thm in scenarios that could have lost them their jobs. I am for the Lytx equipment and program because as a supervisor it provides me with consisent feedback opportunites and talking points when having to gice corrective action. I don't think there are many downsides or least helpful things about Lytx. ther are some glitches but we have been able to make adjustments now knowing what they ae. The system can become blinded by glares from the sun and not recognize drivers in their seatbealts when the naked eye can see it in the video. But overall I would say it is all helpful. Cell phone use is a huge problem n our world. It takes even more attention while driving to watch for all the other people using devices. I adhere to a strict company policy of no device use while driving. I am able to coach this behavior and have had great success stoping the unwanted behavior.
Lytx is also great for collision investigations. When a person gets into a collision it is a tramatic event for all involoved. Sometimes details are forgottten and by no ill intent of anyone. Lytx helps clarify what happened with a high level of certainty. This can hurt or help a company based on what took place, but either way, it clarifies so we can learn and move on with our work. Some downsides include not getting reviews quicker or even same day In addtion, there are some issues in regards to the feedback the inside camera gives back and it's accuracy. Drivers report that sometimes following distance is not always reported correctly as in sometimes it does not call out "following distance" when it should but sometimes when it's a decent distance, it then calls out following distance. I can retrieve video instantly, save it. Then, I can download as an MP3 file to send by emial, or store in a file and send to insurance company or other separtments as needed quickly.

I've been using LYTX for over four years for our fleet of service vehicles. The hardware is reliable, the software is solid and the features are incredibly helpful when making internal decisions about driver activity. Images are clear, and the automated notifications are HUGELY helpful. We've resolved everything from driving incidents to customer complaints that turned out to be fictitious (as the exterior cameras were able to document what really happened). It is easy to navigate through each and every page. The layout makes it easy to navigate to the most frequently used pages. The home page dashboard is very helpful and gives a great overview as soon as I log in. This makes it easy to check where I have to go by just clicking on the dashboard.
