It's really helpful for capturing accident footage, which has saved us a lot of money. The live footage and quality are the best, offering clear video capture. The cameras are reliable and strong, maintaining operation even when a truck is hit by force during an accident. The setup is good and easy, and we even use Lytx cameras in most of our trucks. I switched to Lytx cameras due to their reliability and superior quality. **What do you dislike about Lytx?** I think everything is good however for some camera installation is the hard part so it would be better if installation can be done easier. **What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Lytx cameras to see live footage and road conditions, which is helpful for accident footage, saving us money. You don't have to request the video, as you can browse the footage yourself without any extra steps. **What do you dislike about Lytx?** There are so many cons to Lytx, I don't know where to start. Everything seems good when they are selling you their product/service. Once you sign the contract is where the trouble begins. It seems then you are passed around to different departments and employees with the "that's not my job" attitude. If you have a question, the employee that sold you the product/services, tells you he can't help you and send you to someone else. That person will tell you the same. If you choose to self install, I hope you have a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. The instructions they provide are worthless, and good luck with calling customer/technical service. They have no idea on how to install these units. I believe they are reading off a script and if your question isn't on there, GOOD LUCK! Same for just regular questions regarding stuff on Lytx's dashboard. I once emailed them with a question and they said it would be 1 to 2 weeks before they would get back with me! I would never recommend Lytx to a friend or colleague. **What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lytx camera provide footage if our vehicles are involved in a wreck or dispute. We can also see where trucks are. ### 3. Lytx is user friendly for both admin that use the portal and the drivers out on the road.... the driver app is also very useful **What do you dislike about Lytx?** There are some false alerts with seatbelts, lane departures and once in a while a false handheld or distracted alert. **What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are seeing that accidents have reduced by 700,000 last year since we have implemented Lytx. This is a great tool for on-road vehicles. The coaching dashboard and process for coaches to receive notifications and use the system is VERY easy to use and a critical component of the platform. The dashboards are easy to use and navigate which is another plus. Lytx has helped us reduce insurance claims and costs over a 10+ year period and we have saved millions of dollars over that period. **What do you dislike about Lytx?** While we like the use of AI, we've had continual issues with it struggling to see seatbelts at night or with reflective gear on. We have a fleet of over 400 drivers and they don't always drive the same truck. Having to manually assign and reassign drivers takes a lot of admin work on a daily basis. Last issue, we wanted to deploy in some of our mining equipment, but had connectivity issues in remote locations so we ended up not moving forward. **What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?** The primary business outcome we're looking for with Lytx is to improve driver safety and that has benefited us and our drivers in ways that we can't express. Their competitors are using AI more than them for multiple purposes, like an integrated AI chatbox that helps quickly with problems or questions and training cameras to better detect unsafe driving behavior. **What problems is Lytx solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Lytx for safety compliance and to monitor our fleet drivers' safety.
