What I like most about luigis is their professional approach. Efficient and fast solution of bugs or application extensions. They always keep you informed about the progress of the fix/adjustment during the ticket resolution.

The second best thing we love about LB is the admin environment & dashboard, where we can configure what we need, and get to see relevant statistics, that we use later on, and it's very straight forward, and easy to use. Their synonym feature is a must for any eCommerce store! We had the opportunity to work with other similar services but they wouldn't allow us to have access to any dashboard/stats, so this was a game changer for us with LB!
Their customer support is very proactive, and helping us to get the most out of LB.

We have our own programmed e-shop, where we used an own full-text solution for searching products. Luigi's box helped us save the money we otherwise had to invest in fixing bugs and adding new functionality.
