Very easy to use and easy to implement. For the first phase and the fastest possible launch, we chose a ready-made solution, which we modified exactly according to our design and needs. We are now shortly after the launch of the service and are waiting for the final evaluation, however internally we are satisfied with the service and the difference is noticeable. We consider the search engine as an important part of the e-shop, and it would not be effective to develop it into a similarly intelligent form with internal resources.
After several months of feedback and results, together with the redesign of the e-shop, we are going to switch to a more advanced API version and thus display the results directly on our own line and in our design. From my point of view, I appreciate the speed of Luigi's Box - autocomplete gives normal users results in milliseconds, and they get search results just as quickly.

I can confirm that Luigi's Box is interesting and useful for ordinary users - even if they don't know they are using Luigi's Box search. Users like it more than the old search and their user experience is better. As for the frequency of use - regular users use LB Search every day, we admins only need to check the stats a couple of times a week. As for customer support - it's great! WE work in smart home distribution, where tech support is big part of our job. Believe it or not, people need answers of technical things before purchase, and luigi helps us here. We can simply set, what is show to customers. For example, we had many questions on email what is the difference between fibaro and Homey. We simply added this querry and any time there is search for FIBARO or Homey, there is shown a blog post link -FIBARO vs HOMEY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I see that sometimes the results are not 100% correct and it needs to be fixed. Because we are usually busy with other things, noone is doing the fixes. It can be done easily, but manually, so it takes time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Velmi snadné použití. Intuitivní. Bohaté na funkce. Úžasná náhrada klíčových slov (a reporty) - to nám hodně pomohlo, protože v českém jazyce (a také ve slovenském) je mnoho synonym pro jedno slovo a lidé je používají. S touto funkcí jsme nejvíce zvýšili naše prodeje, protože naši zákazníci najdou přesně to, co potřebují. (A můžete přidat nové varianty, protože reporty v Luigiho boxu vám dokonale řeknou, která klíčová slova nekonvertují). Úžasné reporty - jak bylo zmíněno výše, s těmito reporty přesně víte, co uživatelé hledají, a můžete jim poskytnout jinou vstupní stránku nebo nahradit synonyma, nebo dokonce zpřístupnit nový produkt, protože vidíte, jaká je poptávka. Perfektní pro týdenní nebo měsíční přehledy vyhledávacích výrazů. Skvělá podpora - pokud někdy něco potřebujete, vědí, co dělat, a jsou rychlí. Používáme to často i k získávání nových dat o vyhledávacích výrazech.
