The Autocomplete rapidly improved our conversion rate. Luigisbox, especially the back-end analysis opened our eyes and because of its data we were able to improve our own search written in T-SQL very, very strongly. The search and suggestion tool from Luigi's Box is a perfect tool that has helped us both with eliminating unsuccessful searches caused by typos or inaccurate entries and provides us with perfect overviews. These help us with supplementing the assortment (based on the frequency of unsuccessful customer searches) as well as with descriptions or names of individual items. We also often work with the synonym function for individual items. The graphical appearance of the suggestion tool is absolutely great.
