Using the Luigi´s box, we obtained valuable information about searching on our site. What we appreciate is an overview of customers' searches, so we can get closer and adapt to their needs and bring them more RELEVANT SEARCH RESULTS according to their needs. In addition, Luigi´s box also provides other advanced ways to increase VISIBILITY AND REVENUE for specific products or categories.
However, what I personally appreciate the most is CUSTOMER SERVICE. Like any website, ours has some specific editing needs. Whatever we turned to with any request for adjustment, everything was quickly incorporated and above all always to our 100% satisfaction. That is why I can highly recommend Luigi´s box. It is a bit more challenging to work with their Analytics tools, due to very different definitions of their metrics in comparison to more established tools like Google Analytics Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Administration is very easy and customers can match what they are looking for. Also they don´t have click on product details and directly put into their basket, especially when they know the product.
The good thing is, that don´t have to develop this application and it works smoothly.

Luigi's Box is a potent and complex tool, not just a better search at all. It has a great UX, and you will love it if you like data! I like the learning engine that helps a lot with misspelling and synonyms to find the best match result. I can recommend customer service, which is excellent. Luigi's Box is a tool that is easy to use, with seamless menu navigation. It offers a wide range of features from creating custom search queries, to product re-arranging in search, synonyms, keyword boosting etc. I use it every day, either to track search performance, modify synonyms, create search boosters or custom search queries. Everything is easy to implement keep track of. Their support team is also very helpful, as I've always received valuable insights and technical support when I needed it. I don't necessarily dislike something specific about the application, but there are a few areas which could use improvement.
1. Bulk pinning products in a search query. Currently, it is only possible to do them manually and that can sometimes take more time, depending on the number of products.

Lugis box has very comprehensive options for improving our e-shop. Thanks for the data, which is very clear on the Luigis box, I focus on "Recommendation Rules" to help our customers choose similar products or their alternatives. The Luigi’s Box autocomplete is extremely fast. Very helpful for our client's customers – product names of spirits can be tricky. We also use Recommender – it gives customers more alternatives.
