What do you like best about Luigi's Box?

We use Luigi's box for content search optimization at our recipes platform Apetitonline.cz. As we have a little different business scope than e-shop we were cooperating with Luigi's team to create the best scenario and optimize user flow. I highly appreciate the team's understanding, support and creativity in the development and implementation process. It would be great if there existed some self-care zone to optimize some settings without involving development with every change. For example, prioritizing parameters or adding new content elements for indexing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The top benefits for me are the search quality, the possibility of customizing the lists, boosting specific products, and the active search for synonyms by Luigi's Box. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

In the future, an AI would be excellent, which would itself determine synonyms and typos, test them in practice and then implement the correct ones.

And we regularly have issues with appearing new products in the search tool. (probably synch of an XML file or maybe something else). So if I dislike something, it is this issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- Multi Language Implementation - we use Luigi's Box for 22 websites (15 languages)

- Good Interface - many important metrics and data (easy to understand)
