LuigisBox has a good customer care with very active tech support. We've been continuously working together on better results and services for out customers based on getting better personalized data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Luigi's Box?

LuigisBox works on its features and try to add new services. After some time we reached some potencial limit of rising quality and addToCarts. But based on togheter work we try to get results better, based on A/B testing of data models. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Pricing - pretty heavy with even basic connections

Support - its sometimes pretty messy, in some situations hard to contact

Onboarding - It's looking simple, but you must read each sentense, becaouse there are a lot of ifs (ofc doesnt meantioned in communication :))

Integration difficulty - its not very userfriendly to made own integration even they will lower drastically price of app. But its not even to difficulty of own integration counted in XX hours Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
