We work on daily base with luigisbox, as having it as our main search engine on our website.
When we work with luigisbox the luisbox development and support team is always very helpful and responsive. Also implementation of new features is smooth. Lately we moved from file based content updating to API and process was very good. If any bug occured support team was alway really helpful, and responded also in lately ours.
Their accound administration is also at very good level and they are adding new and new features, to improve not just search for customers but managing our account, see how our custommers behave on page, and making the devug process easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
