I like how Logicbroker is seemless and allows companies to connect in a more productive style. From my research, the revenue growth Logicbroker influences is tremendous to various companies. I appreciate how the website shows real success stories as well.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

There really are no visible downsides in my experience with Logicbroker.

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I see Logicbroker solving is the connection between companies and vendors. It makes the process more seamless and less complicated.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

The ability to view the orders during each step of the process. The platform works so well with our EDI, and it is SO FAST. The second I send an inventory update, Logicbroker has it feeding right into the site.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

Sometimes, I dont love the amount of notification emails I get. I'm sure there is a way to change that in the settings.

**Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:**

Definitely use the inventory control search and feeds to your advantage. It is so helpful for sending up-to-date inventory data.

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining of one of our best customer's dropship orders. It works seasmlessly with our EDI processes, and makes it less likely to have errors on the orders.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

Full drop ship lifecycle support from catalog + inventory transmission to PO transmission thru vendor acknowledgment, ASN and invoice responses. We love the support for diverse protocols in one platform (ie: cXML, EDI, JSON, CSV) and numerous integration options including API, FTP, VAN and Portal. Gives us maximum flexibility for us to meet our suppliers where they are. Also very strong managed services for onboarding and testing with suppliers.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

Nothing major to report here. Has been a good investment and positive experience.

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Logic Broker is solving major scalability issues with our E2E drop ship model to allow us to grow our supplier community and daily transactions at an unlimited rate.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

The implementation team was able to work through the specifications that were set out for them, despite running into a number of challenges. Part of why this is even considered a plus, is that I believe that their sales team oversold their current capabilities.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

We were over promised on the system's capabilities, and when their customer support team and sales team are confronted with the gaps / limitations in functionality, they fall back to their favorite phrase "it is, what it is."

Switch to another EDI Vendor if you plan to ship large quantities of goods.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

Able to view raw EDI files to troubleshoot mapping issues ourselves. Friendly user interface and easy to navigate. It does have a basic knowledge base for beginners.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

Cross-reference (Shipment Options) mapping has limited capabilities; Logicbroker uses one mapping table for all their clients. The support and sales team overpromised everything but were unable to deliver. Support has no SLA and not knowledgeable, while the management team refused to answer questions. We asked how to make orange juice, and they taught us where to buy oranges.

When you need help, they will always scope an SOW.

**Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:**

If you are looking for EDI/API solutions, look somewhere else. Do not waste your money.

EDI integration with ERP system to automate purchase order, acknowledgment, ASN, invoicing, inventory feed. View raw EDI to diagnose transmission issues and mappings.

If you don't have EDI capabilities in house, then partnering with a service like LogicBroker is no brainer.  They are quick, easy to work with, and the cost is well worth the time and effort saved.

The EDI integrations we have with them work well - we have not run into any major issues yet

Big box retailers require EDI connections to integrate. The Logicbroker solution saves us many hours of effort every week

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

The ease of the platform is the best part, to recognize an order fulfill and invoice its been fast to grasp and teach the team.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

I would give logicbroker a 10 if it wasn't for the reporting. Every other platform used for business analytics from Google to Facebook can be pulled by KPI by month. On LB I have to take a class, read up just on how to create and pull reports. It should be as intuituve as the shipping. I very very much dislike the reporting and it makes it difficult to verify and communicate with my partners.  I would like to see sales by month, units, and amount to invoice by month as a drop down options.

**Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:**

Revise reporting to have the ease of Google Analytics, FB Ads etc. If this is changed my rating would be 10/10. I did contact support for help to which I was sent pages and pages of instructiosn to read. I dont have time to read instructions on how to pull reports. I have been able to pull reporting on various SAAS and DTC platform - If LB is unable to revise reporting ability at lease offer 1 min guided videos instead of support sending users to fend for themselves in time consuming artciles.

As a brand, benefits are added distribution partners and fast invoicing meaning more sales and cash in the bank.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

-Logicbroker's UI is not cluttered and seems like a powerful, useful program for e-commerce
-Support Desk is always responsive
-Our Logicbroker rep, Dea Ballij was extremely helpful and gracious throughout the API setup, she was always willing to explain more technical details for non-IT specialist staff and reach out to our retailers on our behalf to resolve issues, we really felt that our accounts are important to the Logicbroker teams and I had a very good experience working together with her to get our Logicbroker accounts operational

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

-Issues quickly turn into developer/IT specialist issues, but this is more of a problem with my current company not employing any IT specialists to support account managers with these types of projects
-A PDF guide for setup was provided to me by Logicbroker but it originated from our retailer, it became apparent pretty quickly that the guide needed to be updated; this is not Logicbroker's fault obviously, but having a Logicbroker guide prepared may help users out. Luckily, I was able to rely on Dea's support and instructions and proceed despite the guide being a bit inaccurate

-Inventory management

Developer documentation is fantastic, and the support team is top-notch

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

Supplier onboarding is time-consuming; if we could cut down implementation time, that would be a dream come true. Not sure its a Logicbroker issue; typically, we are waiting on communication from our suppliers

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our catalog size has tripled, and our capital allocation towards inventory has decreased; we don't need to physically stock nearly as much product. With Logicbroker we have instant access to millions of dollars of inventory from our suppliers and a workflow that allows us quickly onboard thousands of new products in days!

That we don't have to manually upload orders into our shipping software. Logicbroker helps us automatically by uploading our orders as they come in.

I believe that there can be more customizable options that Logicbroker can provide.

**Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:**

You should make sure that all your workflows will improve overall by using Logicbroker. So you should ask a lot of questions to them. The good thing is that they are willing to answer all of them.
If you compare the pricing to other companies logic broker is well priced for what they can do.

It saves us time by not having to import orders from multiple marketplaces and then exporting them back in order to submit the tracking numbers.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

We (tech agency with big softdrink company in Atlanta as client) searched for months to find the right solution for client.  We need a solutin that would allow us to onboard new dropshippers quickly, communicate with Amazon and Walmart and be the clearing house for all web orders.  We love that each supplier is onboarded by our lovely reps at Logicbroker and that they remain isolated from other suppliers, only seeing the line items that pertain to them.

It would be nice to be able to edit docs within the portal

Multiple suppliers fulfilling order line items from multiple sales channels

LogicBroker allows us to onboard more customers much quicker by simplifying the process of transmitting data back and forth between us and our customers through standardized templates; eliminating the need for customized connections​.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

Nothing I can think of at this time.  They are true partners and are there when we need them.

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a customer that does not meet our mapping requirements.  Their data is not standardized enough to solve with a simple mapping configuration.  I am confident in their ability to investigate possible solutions to meet both the needs of our company and the customer.

* Cost structure is very affordable.
* Developer API is pretty easy to use (compared to others).

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

* Vendor onboarding can be tedious for non-technical vendors.
* Some features are not well documented.

**What problems is Logicbroker solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to offer dropshipping of 3rd party items without doing multiple integrations with vendors. LogicBroker allows us to only interface once and create orders and manage inventory.

Many connections seem difficult to create on their end

Be aware that mulitiple warehouses are not native and need very custom set ups. Straight order flow from Drop Ship and B2B partners works perfectly!

I honestly have nothing negative to say about LogicBroker. One area that we could take better advantage of is the robust analytics and reporting that LogicBroker offers-- there are so many helpful insights / data available which could help us better steer our customer offerings.

LogicBroker helps us fulfill our customer rewards. They are so organized on their end that once the redemption process begins, it is fairly hands-off for Castlight. This has been a huge benefit to our business and operations.

The account manager is very proactive and quick in resolving issues.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

There are times when the system is not capturing orders or invoicing, so we have to contact them to fix it.

Using Logicbroker makes us efficient in that we can focus on our job and what's important. We are confident that Logicbroker takes care of the orders and invoices between our selling channels and shipping solutions.

**What do you like best about Logicbroker?**

I love that the system is super intuitive and extremely easy for advanced developer features, such as API connectivity, etc.

**What do you dislike about Logicbroker?**

I dislike that I can't just use it for everything other than Sears!

**Recommendations to others considering Logicbroker:**

Be patient during your setup process, as it can be a little bit intimidating whenever you're first running all of the tests between your company and the retailer. However, once it is up and going, be ready for the easiest transactional and inventory manager that we've so far found. Also, be sure you throw some of your developers or tech-savvy people onto the portal, as they may be able to do some really cool stuff with automation!

I am using it for order processing between the company and Sears, as well as inventory management.

I like the level of experience that the staff has implementing EDI systems and large scale projects. They have both the capability and commitment to tackle large scale undertakings and have had pleasant experiences working with their team.

In the past they have had some organizational changes which has resulted in changes of staff.

Logicbroker has strong customer service and a dedicated team that is committed to helping us achieve operational efficiency across all levels of our platform.

They support custom EDI with dedicated staff to help us solve our company's issues.  I've had a positive experience customizing different aspects of their capabilities.
