Full drop ship lifecycle support from catalog + inventory transmission to PO transmission thru vendor acknowledgment, ASN and invoice responses. We love the support for diverse protocols in one platform (ie: cXML, EDI, JSON, CSV) and numerous integration options including API, FTP, VAN and Portal. The implementation team was able to work through the specifications that were set out for them, despite running into a number of challenges. We were over promised on the system's capabilities, and when their customer support team and sales team are confronted with the gaps / limitations in functionality, they fall back to their favorite phrase "it is, what it is." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cross-reference (Shipment Options) mapping has limited capabilities; Logicbroker uses one mapping table for all their clients. The support and sales team overpromised everything but were unable to deliver. Support has no SLA and not knowledgeable, while the management team refused to answer questions. We asked how to make orange juice, and they taught us where to buy oranges.

I would give logicbroker a 10 if it wasn't for the reporting. Every other platform used for business analytics from Google to Facebook can be pulled by KPI by month. On LB I have to take a class, read up just on how to create and pull reports. It should be as intuituve as the shipping. I very very much dislike the reporting and it makes it difficult to verify and communicate with my partners. -Logicbroker's UI is not cluttered and seems like a powerful, useful program for e-commerce
-Support Desk is always responsive
-Our Logicbroker rep, Dea Ballij was extremely helpful and gracious throughout the API setup, she was always willing to explain more technical details for non-IT specialist staff and reach out to our retailers on our behalf to resolve issues, we really felt that our accounts are important to the Logicbroker teams and I had a very good experience working together with her to get our Logicbroker accounts operational Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Issues quickly turn into developer/IT specialist issues, but this is more of a problem with my current company not employing any IT specialists to support account managers with these types of projects
-A PDF guide for setup was provided to me by Logicbroker but it originated from our retailer, it became apparent pretty quickly that the guide needed to be updated; this is not Logicbroker's fault obviously, but having a Logicbroker guide prepared may help users out.
