It's difficult to find someone to administer a pre-tax HSA option for under 50 employees and without using a PEO option. **What do you dislike about Lively HSA?** I really don't have any complaints. The only improvement might be in how early they need to make edits prior to a payroll to have a change in someone's contribution amount. But I run weekly payroll, which is why its a challenge when the period to change things for next overlaps with my payroll for this week. **What problems is Lively HSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before using Lively we were unable to find a small group HSA option to allow pre-tax contributions for our employees without spending thousands of dollars or meeting a 50 employee minimum (which we can't do as an employer of 35-40 employees). ### 25. More friendly user training on site. Maybe a manual with step by step instructions and screen shot of those screens as you use them. Sometimes I was not sure what was all going to happen or be involved in what I may have just done. **What problems is Lively HSA solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting the appoval for each payroll completed. Signing up was easy and we can view our accounts and make changes without a lot of effort. **What do you dislike about Lively HSA?** I have not found any at this time. I have not had any issues finding what I need when I need it. It was also easy to connect my bank account to the app. I also appreciated how easy it was to get a replacement card when I lost mine.
