What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer is breaking barriers when it comes to customer data analysis. I love the new Lexi AI feature that breaks down and analyzes the results of the various customer segments as you pull them. I love that Lexer can help inform a hypothesis by easily giving you the customers data you need and taking out the guess work in knowing your customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lexer?

Of course the insights into our own data is the main selling point of Lexer - and the process of untangling all of our information with fresh eyes has been super valuable for our business.

But I think the part I like best is working with a team of helpful problem-solvers. With every team member we've worked with so far, you get a sense of the strong organisational culture at Lexer. Haven't been let down yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexer?

Really nothing to dislike so far. I guess with so many possible insights available, sometimes it isn't easy to know what to start/focus on - there's always a temptation to chase some new thread. What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer has provided a comprehensive way to aggregate data from multiple ingestion points across our consumer engagement model. It helps us build a complete consumer profile from multiple data sets across online and offline consumer information, and allows us to easily utilise these audiences for activation across other digital engagement plaforms. What do you dislike about Lexer?

The platform has a steep learning curve at times. Users of the Lexer product must come to learn the ways in which the platform defines certain data points (e.g spend decile) to make the most of the data. Whilst incredibly powerful and ideal for visualising consumer insights, bringing new data into the platform can come at significant additional costs in the way of build hours, solution scoping, attribute mapping and custom integrations. What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer allows us to have a rich understanding of our customers. But it isn't just nut and bolts knowledge such as contact information and purchase history. The insights go much deeper. We are able to make critical decisions about how to engage customers (or how not to) based on the Lexer data available to us. We can track their purchasing behavior, discount history, product and color preferences, return history, how we contact them and what their readership is of outbound communications. But we are not left to our own devices. The Lexer team and their training hub are essential partners to our business plan. Our business is significantly healthier, and offers better products and services, as direct results of working with Lexer.

Implementation is straightforward. Our database is connected to a number of our other systems allowing us to track data via emails, social media, website etc.

We use Lexer everyday and cannot imagine a work day without making the most of what the platform has to offer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexer?

The biggest downside of Lexer is fully understanding the full capabilities and potential of the database. IT can be daunting at first. The learning curve is real for those of us non data scientists. Accessible UI - relatively straightforward to build and activate segments across connected platforms, once integrations are configured.

Strong modelling of customer next best actions, product category recommendations.

Ability to derive attributes from many sources - as long as they are configured in initial setup.

Lack of flexibility to add profile attributes without Lexer technical support and full reseeds of integrated platform data.
