What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer is an immensely powerful tool that can work on large datasets. The number of features and the ease of use is fanastic. Lexer has been pivotal in our marketing and insights efforts. What do you dislike about Lexer?

What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer has an extremely helpful and dedicated client success team that is knowledgable about how to use Lexer to drive business strategy. We also found Experian data invaluable in helping our team understand customer personas and demographic cohorts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lexer?

Data ingestion from our email marketing platform was fairly challenging and it seemed like there was a knowledge gap from Lexer's project management onboarding team in understanding Klaviyo, particularly in regard to customer signup sources. Also, my team has found it difficult to understand how product returns affect Lexer data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lexer?

Lexer is a great tool to work with our customer data and find actionable insights. The platform is intuitive to use and powerful when used correctly. Lexer makes things that you could theoretically do outside of Lexer a lot easier as well as makes things possible that would otherwise be impossible when it comes to working with customer data. What do you dislike about Lexer?

Not a whole lot to dislike about Lexer. While most of it is intuitive, there are some small things that are not straightforward, but that is when the Lexer team comes in and helps you figure out whatever you need. The support from the Lexer team is a huge asset in working with Lexer. It can be a challenge syncing all of this data and making sure things are flowing correctly, but again that is possible with coordination with the Lexer team. Their customer support is second to none. This is complemented by the indepth segmentation the program can acheive. The user interface is also very simple to learn and master making it easy for any non-technical user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- If upgrades need to be made it may take some time for them to come through. (If it's specific to your business)

- Updates cause some errors with data.
