Though it is user friendly it did take a few minutes of navigating to become comfortable with. Many tabs and tab options the interface does not do the best job at making each stand out. It requires triple checking Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a really easy and seamless platform to use. It works well for a mid to large size company that is multinational. It has a a bunch of fun easy to use features, like the "instant recgonization" that make it useful for more than just an annual review cycle. I also really enjoyed the intregration of Leapsome with slack which gives you reminders on deadlines and tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the UI is easy to navigate and feels very fast. It is also easy on the eyes, I didn't have to use the customer support. I am using this platform very frequently now since we do have to perform peer, self, and manager reviews.
