I love how leapsome simplifies the process of development talks, enabling HR to seamlessly plan and track an employee's progress. Leapsome is still a bit small, but it has the potential to grow and provide even more insights into individual development. Maybe some day we'll see a bit more specifically which skills employees have in a way that makes them see how valuable it is.
