Problem solved are

1. Gives room for improvement to the leaders as they are given direct feedback +ve or -ve

2. It's secure since we can give feedback both +ve or -ve to our leaders

3. It benefits since these feedbacks reach to person in review and they are being track for improvements after time

4. Gives and creates better working enviroment.

Leapsome has many useful elements which are all interconnected for efficiency. I especially like using the weeklyeetomg agenda which also provides calendar reminders and tracks goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I truly love how easy it is to manage all my one-on-ones with my team members. It's easy to add topics and action items and follow up on them from one meeting to another.

Integrating with Google Mail makes my life so much easier as I do not have to send a link every time; it syncs with your calendar's meeting and keeps everyone involved and updated.

My company uses the survey option a lot. We get to have detailed information on everyone's mood and expectations of the company.

One main feature we use is the "Instant Feedback" to people across the organization. When someone sends praise to a colleague, it's pushed to a particular Slack channel for everyone to read. This creates a great ambiance in the company, where people feel valued and recognized by their peers and superiors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Extremely hard for me to find anything I dislike after using Leapsome for two months. I've tried most features available to me, and they simply work great and as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
