The user interface is simple and quite straightforward to use. I additionally like the option of being able to follow tutorials and the fact that Leapsome keeps, overall, a good track for meetings. Super thoughtful user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am still pretty happy with the fact that I can provide feedback to my colleagues via Leapsome. The interface is quite friendly and easy to use, as previously mentioned.

Streghts point:

- easy to read due to the good pages struture

- it can be integrated on slack so easy of integration

- it has overview of the reviews in a cycle

- intuitive mechanism of rating and giving feedback. SO easy of use

the semplicity of the tool is essential for our cycle reviews that happen twice a year so there´s no beed of trainign or similar Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

no major points to mention. It could be maybe used more also for internal company questionarries or similal. Howveer, nothing that depends on the tool or its vendor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
