As a small non-profit organization, we face difficulty in meeting the minimum $6,000 annual contract to receive executive 1:1 support. Unfortunately, there seems to be no other way for us to get this support. It would be extremely helpful if we could have a dedicated expert to guide us in the implementation process and provide us with best practices.

Leapsome provides a less "Sterile" app than other tools out there. It is intuitive and provides many avenues for collaboration and feedback. We like the Goals module (although it would be nice to have some additional customization). Team meetings, review cycles, and feedback are all used extensively to foster communication and staying on goal. Team was able to learn quickly with minimal training. While Leapsome offers great functionality on desktop, I didn't find it on the mobile apps.

I really enjoy the generated charts after each performance review that allow me to get a grasp of my weaknesses and strengths. Besides the charts you also can view what your peers wrote about you so that you can discuss with your manager any points you need to improve on.
It is also real simple to use whenever you need to fill out a survey or do a performance review for any of your peers.

For more complex survey results it can be a bit tricky to use all the filters and take a deep look at the data that you want. As an example we had to fill a survey for the whole deparment and it took a bit of time to find out the specific results for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
