I love the integration with personio, the oppurtunities for instant feedback and reviews and the intuitive usage te most. It helps us to strengthen our feedback culture and it visualizes the own strengths for the employees. It is easy to use and to implement in our company structure. Using templates sync with a calendar are a few of the many functions Leapsome offers. However, the meeting functionality is a killer in that it allows you to capture meeting notes in a highly actionable format, and any task not completed previously automatically gets forwarded into future meeting instances.
