What do you like best about Leapsome?

My favorite part about using Leapsome is the ability to send praise to others within the organization. It allows everyone to participate and be seen for the work their doing. Too often is the work by individuals overlooked or not seen by leadership.

The platform is also extremely intuitive, and easy to use. Only a few clicks to get to where you're going. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

In a few areas items can be nested away. However, after learning to use the platform it's a non-issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

The recent assessment I completed on Leapsome seemed to be very accurate and hassle-free.

Also the features of Leapsome are pretty convenient to use.

Sometimes it crashes or bugs. I have to restart my browser. Also I'd love to see a mobile app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can populate documents that can be accessed by all and review the data. Such as setting competencies and having my team reviewed against them, and then all the data is easily displayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Lepasome is an excellent platform to use in the healthcare industry where I got exposure in leapsome platform like training management, appraisal management and employee management Etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is no dislike in leapsome. I could see Leapsome has not introduced in small-scale industries hence, requested to be established in small-scale industries in India. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
