I just started using Leapsome a few weeks ago and I hate having to learn how to use new work tools but I was very surprised how easy it was to find my way around in Leapsome. It has tons of features and a wide varity of training tools which I have been taking avantage of. So far everything has been wonderful. It is easy to give feedback/praise to colleagues, and the feedback cards themselves look very clean and feels like an actual praise card. I can also add badges to help catogerize the feedback.

The user interface still shows features that my company is not using. It will be cleaner if these modules that are not used can be visually removed from Leapsome portal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is so easy to use. Surveys are sent out to give feedback on different processes and for employee performance evaluation. You can capture a great wealth of data with just a few questions. I like the way it is designed. Most people don't like to have to write long answers but with the use of simple question, you are able to get concise answers that reveals how the staff truly feel about a certain process. We signed up with 121 people then realised that we had certain people that didn't need to use it (remote, site based casual workers) and were not able to remove them from the invoicing. So we are locked into paying for licenses we will never use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
