What do you like best about Leapsome?

I love the ability to complete a slef assessment and then a manager to complete one and compare them against eachother. It allowed me to share my own insight and self criticisms with my manager and then allows my manager to give thier take on it. Its highly customisable with all my companies own criteria. We can set checkin so we frequently have meetings and discussions to ensure we start on track of a devlopement plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

You can give feedback to peers and 'score them' against criteria set by the business. A fantastic tool however a notice almost no one uses this. I see the 'anonymous suggestion box' but I believe an option to review peers anonymously and then maybe for amangement to review it ebfore it goes through would see many more using this feature. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome help me identify areas to improve in myself and easily allows me to track my performance. You can see , overtime, how I have developed and how my feedbakc has improved, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leapsome is a great tool that helps me with gathering feedback for my reports. It helps me to track goals. It has great integration with google calendar for setting 1on1s. We use it quite frequently during our review cycles. Once review for is set up it is quite easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Sometimes forms has some boiulerplate fields that you cannot remove. Do not know if that is intended or not. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

First of all, there are a series of introductory videos that allow you to learn about the tool, its functionalities, features and sections; It was very useful to know what the next steps would be to manage the application. Depending on the company and the managers, they assign you a learning route to become familiar with the tool.

The competencies section shows the values by which a collaborator is being measured and gives a detailed description of each aspect. It has been very useful to know which aspects require strengthening, which have been met and which exceed the evaluation percentages.

The meetings section is very useful when you need to have a meeting with a manager or team member to discuss the objectives, get feedback or any other news regarding the collaborator's performance.

In addition is very ease of use, the creation of objectives and, in turn, the measurement indicators make my performance measurable, and it is possible to discuss with my leader.

The graphical interface is very intuitive so the user experience is great, you can view the changes made to the objectives in real time and see how the graph changes as it is completed or an update is added to the parent and child objectives.

I can constantly monitor my development, and adding new child goals or modifying the parent goal is possible. I like how I can do this and focus on achieving the objectives.

The reviews section is great because it allows me to give kudos or an inspiring or motivational word to my colleagues. This makes the relationship between colleagues stronger, it looks like a mention from some social network and makes collaborators happy if they receive a review. or excellent mention. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

At first, it was not so intuitive, so I had to see the documentation provided by Leapsome to learn about the site, its features and so on.

The user interface is excellent; I like the colors and the experience I have using the site. I don't have anything else to add, I think when I use it a bit more, I might find some new features to add, but for now, I'm happy with the site.

I feel like using this tool in my activities and goal creation, so far I have not found any strange behavior or defect that would make me change my mind regarding the use of the tool. If I find something I dislike about the tool, I will definitely report it and post for future users or changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

As I currently work remotely, it is possible to discuss with my leader the performance goals that I have set for myself; also, as our time zones vary, my leader can see the status of my goals and add their comments on what I should modify, add or delete in real-time. When I receive the notification, I take the time to update as my leader requires.

It is no longer necessary to physically have a 1:1 meeting, it is enough to receive feedback from my manager and update in real time what he has requested of me. If required, we can schedule a meeting at a time that suits each collaborator. This makes meetings effective and there is no waste of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
