It is a great tool for goal setting, tracking and assessment. My manager and I set goals at the beginning of each year and update them quarterly.

I've had a few issues with navigation and figuring out how to accomplish certain tasks. At one point I wanted to delete a goal entirely and I couldn't figure out how to do that. I finally just "canceled" it.
It is also a little frustrating that when you are updating your goals, after you finish one section, there's no way to move forward to the next section, you have to go back to the main page and click the next section.
