Recently I have been noticing how easy and delightful it is to leave feedback for colleagues with Leapsome, this fosters a positive work culture and motivates my team members to deliver their best. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There can be more guidance for the users to fill the empty states. For example in the feedback guidelines, if there is nothing to show then Leapsome can provide some articles or other information to help the users. The feedback app is really nice.
one of the really nice feature is the fact that we can see all our company feedback on a screen at the office. It really incentivize feedback by bringing attention to people giving and receiving feedback. it is quite efficient.
I also like the review part even though it might be individual to each company. It is easy to understand out competencies and where we lack.
I use the app approximately every week or every 2 weeks, depending on the needs for a review and feedback. Also, I prefer to do batch feedback, where I will use an hour to write my different feedbacks instead of sending feedback when I think of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i would say, small thing, it is difficult to add smiley in the feedback.

It is so easy to set goals and then expand on those goals in whatever direction you like. I traditionally stick to blank paper for planning because it is the most freeform but this seems equally open to possibilities while creating a very well-organized layout. Under self-assessment, I like the way you can respond to the questions in an easy way and then put all your achievements under overall performance. This gives you room to add as much information as possible not limited to adding links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Initially I used to confuse between goals section and the self assessment section. I would respond to self-assessment and leave the goals unanswered. The minor setback in my opinion is the the difficulty in integrating other employee goals or combining other goals with yours. It might be my lack of understanding, but I did not find it easy initially to combine goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
