Leapsome makes it super easy to share feedback with your coworkers and also let the entire team/company know how great that person is doing! We use it quite often in our company. I'm not in HR so I really don't have anything constructive to say... Maybe there could be a way to send a giftcard for a coffee or something and everyone could have an allowance. For example, HR could put $20 in my account so that I could send a Starbucks coffee to a team member as a part of that praise? We do it for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In my opinion, there are no significant downsides to using Leapsome. If you're accustomed to working with personnel management software, you will undoubtedly notice the difference. If you want to get rid of a boring one-time feedback process, use leapsome. Lepsome is always one step ahead and exactly provides what one could need in the review process. It has everything from allowing to set one-on-one to instant feedback, peer review and whatnot. AI feature is the icing on the cake. I, now, need not think of complete sentences and AI is helping me to construct beautiful feedback within seconds!
