What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Sometimes when filling out feedback surveys, the formatting gets wonky and makes it difficult to know what question is being answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

Leapsome helps to get and give feedback to other team members and myself. With our Slack integration, we are able to acknowledge team members publicly and give them praise for jobs well done.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

Super easy to collect and request feedback from peers, lowers the threshold, and makes it a lot more casual. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

One BIG downside that I would love to change is the inability to store your feedback.

Once you've given feedback to others, there should be a record of that for yourself.

There should also be a better way to access the feedback - a chart/ timeline with feedback received, an ability to make notes on the feedback for yourself. Really use that data as input, and now just a messaging/collecting platform which it now is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It helps to get feedback from coworkers about how they feel in the organization and what we can implement to make them feel even better. What do you like best about Leapsome?

What I like best about Leapsome is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features. Tracking meetings and team goals is my most used feature, but the feedback feature is probably one awesome feature, where we can see fellow colleagues being highlighted and praised for their performances and achievements.
