I am glad my employer started using Leapsome platform as we can finally complete all parts of performance review at one place. We can set goals (both business and personal goals) and define goal contributors, choose the appropriate matric for the goal avaluation (%, yes/no, numeric), tracking goals progress, track goals of our team members and see how we contribute to the company strategic goals. During periodical checkins, there is a template for this conversation, together with outlook calendar integration. For the performance review procedure, there is a template for 360 feedback, goals review and performance review and we can easily navigate through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you want to get the most for the app, you need to spend a lot of time to complete each form and question on your performance review questionnaire and on the 360 form. However, I think it is worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
