What do you like best about Leapsome?

Keep track of quaterly performance reviews of team mates, which help in annual review cycle.

Peer review help in self improvement. Ability to make goal and track is an added bonus Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing much as of now. This tool works seamless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

With leapsome we are able to keep track of employee performance on quaterly basis, so annual appraisal cycle do not have recency bias.

We are able to judge/track on basis of objective qestions assigned for each employee .

Another big advantage is of OKRs , which we are not using very religiously in our organisation, but we intend to use it in future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like the fact that reviews are well aligned. I as a manager have visibility on all the peer reviews for my team. The instant feedback is another area which helps me stay in tune with my team and all other individuals. The tracking of action items helps with team assignments and performance inprovement. What do you like best about Leapsome?

Easy to understand the flow of feature. More options on using the template and feeback for the employee and employer. Most of the feature I impressed the most was able to use their chart to let the employee see their lackness and strengthness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
