Leapsome has ease of use user experince with the intuative UI. Great cusomer support with live chat support and it also get integrated with the third party systems like Google calendar for meetings and slack for updates.
It has ease of implementation in implenenting hierarchy, goal distribution , tracking and other useful feature.

As a team lead, I've found several features very useful. The Meeting module gives me a lot of control: Preparing for meetings whether they are one-off or recurring, with templates helping me stay consistent with recurring meetings as well as helping me to set the agenda for a more productive meeting. The best thing about Leapsome is the interface, it's super easy to use and it gives you all the needed insights! For my team, as Customer Support agents, the tool is great and it helped me as a manager to review my team's performance super easy and compare it to the past reviews. We use it 2 times per year, for mid-performance reviews and yearly reviews .
