What do you like best about Leapsome?

I like the ability to work on it a little at a time, when I have a few minutes to spare and then I can pick up at the same spot when I have more time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

I think it could flow better on the pop up screens a few were not clear on how to continue, I thought I had done it and when I saw not complete and went back in I saw there was a downward option to see more for the section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Leapsome?

It's quite easy to understand. I love the way integrates with my google calendar and it's a way to document the 1:1 meetings I have with my team. It helps create the culture of feedback, performance reviews, objectives, etc. Helps not only the management but also the individual contributor, to have a clear and transparent view of what is expected.
