Leapsome's platform offers a range of features to support ongoing learning and development, regular feedback and recognition, and structured performance reviews. What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leapsome is an excellent platform for objective setting, for personal and peer review and for development tracking, it's easy to distribute formation material throught the collaborators and it makes collaborators go back to it frequently in order to complete their courses which ends up indirectly making them frequently check their set objectives, we were using a different platform for this previously and it was really easy to transition to Leapsom Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is a powerful people management platform, but it has some downsides. Users often report a steep learning curve, making onboarding challenging. The interface, while feature-rich, can feel overwhelming and unintuitive at times. Additionally, pricing may be high for smaller teams, and some integrations with other tools could be more seamless. One of the features I appreciate the most is the ability to set clear goals and track progress transparently. Everything seems very organized and straightforward; the UX design is what I enjoy the most as it is very user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing, leading to a good user engagement in the platform within the company. What do you like best about Leapsome?

1. I like the review modules and how they integrate with goals. I set up numerical goals for my employees and automate a review cycle where the manager can go over these goals every 2 months. It is automated and easy to use

2. I like the instant feedback - it's a great way to quickly give someone feedback and has helped our firm's culture regarding normalising giving negative feedback to others

3. It acts as a database for employees which I can use for other purposes outside of leapsome

4. The learning paths can be useful for employee onboarding and ongoing learning (which also can be linked to review cycles)

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Sometimes there are techincal bugs which prevent me from doing certain things

What do you like best about Leapsome?

Leapsome stands out as the most intuitive and easy-to-set-up Performance Management System I’ve used. The bi-annual reviews that we set-up take less than 30 minutes to configure, making the process seamless. What truly sets Leapsome apart is the outstanding support from their account managers, all are highly knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

There isn’t anything I dislike about Leapsome, but I do wish more of their great features, like the Learning and Skills Modules were included in the base package. Unfortunately, these features are offered à la carte and can be costly. What do you like best about Leapsome?

It allows me to track the set objectives, being able to record various aspects of it and use it as a future reference for similar work or projects that integrate actions of the same type. Additionally, it allows the creation of peer assessment and evaluation tools with which everyone can rate their colleagues, generating immediate feedback among them and helping to create a support where progress in their competencies can be visualized and better understand what you contribute. I can easily and directly praise the rest of my colleagues on their competencies and suggest possible improvements without them taking it as an "attack." It has been easy to integrate the product into my daily work routines, turning it into another tool that has improved my productivity and that of those around me, always counting on the help of technical support when I have needed it. What do you dislike about Leapsome?

Perhaps the worst thing about the tool is that the ease of use and the directness with which compliments or feedback can be sent to colleagues and their managers can be used maliciously by some, creating a strained environment.

What do you like best about Leapsome?

I love how simple the user interface is, it clearly shows me what tasks I have to do when approaching mid-year reviews or end of year reviews, with clear deadlines for each. This helps me manage my time much better and I know exactly what to do and when.

The user expereince is great and easily understandable for anyone. It's easy to find each section, whether that's goal setting, tracking KPIs, or writing reviews. It has the best and most intuitive lay out of any goal-setting platform we've had so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Leapsome?

N/A - honestly can't think of anything that can improve it currently, it's a million times better than any other goal-setting/tracking platform I've used. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to find review periods very ovewhelming and difficult to keep track of, however since moving to Leapsome, the process is now something I enjoy! You have a clear outline of all your tasks and when they are due by, and you can always go back to reviews to edit them later if needed, which is really helpful.

We also used to have to build all our OKR graphs manually, and they were saved across many different Excel files, making each team very siloed and there was no visibility between teams. However, Leapsome has now solved these problems, with automatic graphs created whenever you input OKRs at the start of each quarter, and full visibility across all teams. This saves us hours of work and helps us feel more united as a team, and it is clear how our individual OKRs now feed into the same company-wide goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is a great tool to use to provide daily, weekly and monthly feedback to staff. Any feedback is easily accessable by management. Allowing Leapsome to be integrated with Slack is great to keep up with when receiving feedback or any actions that needs to be completed. The instant feedback option is great so see any praise that are given to our Peers.
