1. I like the review modules and how they integrate with goals. I set up numerical goals for my employees and automate a review cycle where the manager can go over these goals every 2 months. It is automated and easy to use
2. I like the instant feedback - it's a great way to quickly give someone feedback and has helped our firm's culture regarding normalising giving negative feedback to others
3. It acts as a database for employees which I can use for other purposes outside of leapsome
4. The learning paths can be useful for employee onboarding and ongoing learning (which also can be linked to review cycles)

Sometimes there are techincal bugs which prevent me from doing certain things

It allows me to track the set objectives, being able to record various aspects of it and use it as a future reference for similar work or projects that integrate actions of the same type. Additionally, it allows the creation of peer assessment and evaluation tools with which everyone can rate their colleagues, generating immediate feedback among them and helping to create a support where progress in their competencies can be visualized and better understand what you contribute. I can easily and directly praise the rest of my colleagues on their competencies and suggest possible improvements without them taking it as an "attack." It has been easy to integrate the product into my daily work routines, turning it into another tool that has improved my productivity and that of those around me, always counting on the help of technical support when I have needed it. Perhaps the worst thing about the tool is that the ease of use and the directness with which compliments or feedback can be sent to colleagues and their managers can be used maliciously by some, creating a strained environment.

I love how simple the user interface is, it clearly shows me what tasks I have to do when approaching mid-year reviews or end of year reviews, with clear deadlines for each. This helps me manage my time much better and I know exactly what to do and when.
The user expereince is great and easily understandable for anyone. It's easy to find each section, whether that's goal setting, tracking KPIs, or writing reviews. It has the best and most intuitive lay out of any goal-setting platform we've had so far! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leapsome is a great tool to use to provide daily, weekly and monthly feedback to staff. Any feedback is easily accessable by management. Allowing Leapsome to be integrated with Slack is great to keep up with when receiving feedback or any actions that needs to be completed. The instant feedback option is great so see any praise that are given to our Peers.

I have joined my current job after a career break. So when I joined my work and did training , learnt many things in leapsome. It was so refreshing for me as I was not in the corporate loop for some time . In fact I learnt and tried all the training available in the leapsome portal so that I can update myself to the current scenario when it comes to GDPR, how to communicate and security training. HR system, excpet for the undoubtable fact that they need to be function, also need to be user friendly. The basic home page needs to be clear, structured, appealing and easy to use. And that's exactly what Leapsome is.
This a lot helps us to engage more than 900 people in our company for using this system and to increase engagement to various initatives we use Leapsome for. They have accepted it and even use it on a team level - and only in case of all-company initatives - which is amazing, we got surprised knowing that.
One more thing I need to mention is the extremely fast and helpful service desk.
For example, launching the annual 360 Feedback is stressfull enough; especially when it happens that some things do not plan as you imagined. In times like that, we enjoyed a full support from out colleagues in Leapsome who engaged on our problem - even after the regular working hours!! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am not sure I can give a very concrete feedback on this as for now I have only launched 1 cycle in the system.

I've used many home grown versions of review software and none of them really checked all of the boxes. Either they didn't ask the right questions of the reviewer/reviewee, or they were cumbersome to use. Leapsome does both! The format and questions actually prompt thought and thoughtful replies.
