Koncert allows me to do my job at lightening speed. By using the parrallel dialer, I am able to make hundreds of dials to potential prospects without having to type any phne numbers in. The service team is great; Jared is always quick with his responses, and any issues are resolved quickly. There are also other ways to use Koncert if you wish to work at a slower pace which is great. The AI Parallel dialer streamlines the process of calling through super long lists, where still reviewing each contact one by one is necessary. The integration with Outreach is extremely helpful for efficient prospecting and I like that I can choose whether Outreach pops up in a different window or another tab. I'm able to read prospect notes in real time, and do a little script run through in my head. If they don't answer, I don't have to handle any of the manual work to dial the next person. The AI Paralell dialer sometimes picks up on prerecorded messages as if a real human has answered the phone, which throws a wrench into the process of mass dialing. There are bugs from time to time, but nothing is a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Koncert has improved my day to day prospecting with Outbound calls. When dialing, I am 90% hands free as it sets the disposition and dials the next lead. When a call connects, there is the AI Summary generated which has been extremely helpful. Also, the ease of use of this platform is better than the other tools I have used. The most helpful part about koncert is being able to dial many prospects at one time to make outreach very efficiently. The dialer moves without error and the dispositions help to filter through long lead lists. I'm able to book more meetings a day due to how the dialer is set up. Koncert has been a complete game changer as a SDR. I use it every single day for my job, for multiple hours. Super easy to use. It connects to my phone and dials to my prospects through a local number. All of the features are completely customizeable. Customer Support responds in a timley manner. The only thing that I will say- is that there is a slight delay from the time the prospcet picks up the phone, and the time that we get connected. With that being said, every once in awhile. I used Koncert every day, and most of my connects are through the tool since it can quickly dial many numbers at once. I've had great success- sending through opportunities from multibillion dollar businesses. These accounts require you to cast a wide net and contact many stakeholders in order to connect with the right person. Koncert allows me to maximize opportunities to book meetings with prospects, this saves time spent on dialing each prospect manually and gives options to dial more than one person at once. I love the parrell Dialer part of Koncert! I love how stright forward everything is! I also the the writer feature that tells you what the prospect said. I also thought the the tool was very easy to implemtat, and that Jim has done a wonderful job guiding us throught out the process. I make so many more calls than before becuase of Koncert. What I like best about Koncert is how it simplifies multitasking during cold calls. It takes care of opening HubSpot and automatically generates notes, allowing me to focus on meaningful conversations without worrying about the administrative tasks. My team is making more meaningful connections with prospects in North America than we have in the past, by a LOT. We did a trial of Koncert and when we stopped, my SDR team BEGGED us to bring it back. We did and we are very happy with our initial results over the past few months and consider it a staple in our tech stack at this time.

Koncert has helpd me to make more dials in the same amount of time as our previous dialer. The system is quite intuitive, the local presence feature results in more connects and when I do have a question or something seems off, the support team is super responsive and helpful! Using PowerDialr is a rush, and though takes a but to get the hang of it, only furhter increases the number of prospects i can call. Even when using a more ABM (Account Based Marketing) approach to lead generation, the FlowDialer becomes the perfect choice for gianing more control of the number you are calling and the time you have to prepare for thwhen the prospect answers.
