The only downside that I see is the reputation of training in general. Most employees seem reluctant to learn how to keep the company safe because they don't think it's relevant to them.

The amount of phishing attempts that employees encounter and how to prevent those dreaded clicks.

Staff are increasingly and knowingly wary of unusual emails, suspect links, and attachments. Some over-report but this is a much better "problem" to have.

I find the campaigns and training videos easy to use and configure. The program is vital in bringing our risk\Phish score down. Also, the onboarding of new hires using the automatic training notifications are a great feature as well.

I can't think of anything. It is a little pricey for our non profit but vital to have, especially for the non-profit and education demographic. Lots of clickers!!

It is helping educate everyone across our company about phishing awareness. Their new initiatives are exciting, especially AIDA and the ability to create onboarding and training videos.

The sessions are quick but comprehensive. Great visuals and testing knowledge. The library has a huge variety of topics so you can find a session on really any IT issue or threat.

Some topics can be repetitive after you have gone through some training.

Keeping up to date on the latest threats and ways people can take advantage of employees. The human threat is the biggest issue so it really get people aware of all the tactics hackers can use.

I like the modern examples provided to users upon taking the training. I also like the administrative side - I'm able to deploy trainings easily and automate things like reminders to complete trainings. KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training ensures all our users are confident navigating their email inbox and report any potential issues. We use other KnowBe4 training videos and KnowBe4's PhishER software integrated with Microsoft 365 Outlook apps, which makes it very easy to ensure our environment is secure and end users are well-trained.

What I like best about KnowBe4 is how robust it is. There is a wide array of trainings, not just for cybersecurity but also compliance in other areas. They also provide great supplemental training materials for use outside of the platform.

I think that some of the admin dashboard can be difficult to navigate and find what you need quickly and easily. The end-user training dashboard is the opposite, very easy to use.

KnowBe4 provides a great and easy set of tools to keep our organization safe from cybersecurity threats.

The ease of setting up different campaigns

This works great for our company, what I don't like is not being able to see the actual emails that users were sent, only a like minded email and not the actual testing email

This really makes users think more about the emails they receive and if they should actually click on something in an unsolicited email

Great to assess staff's basic understanding of cybersecurity. I was able to use this information to create other trainings that fit our needs.

KnowBe4 as a whole is great, but navigation isn't all that intuitive, and around every turn, there is something being pushed that is an upgrade in a price range we cannot move to.

This gave me a baseline so that I could plan training that hit our weaknesses.
