This is an excellent tool for getting our end users familiar with real life phishing attempts and lets us easily track clicks into potential threats via knowbe4.

Automations - We are linked to active directory and our staff is automatically added into plans. Their team helped us setup automated campaigns to train our staff and phishing campaigns. If someone is a clicker on a phishing email. they are automatically enrolled in additional training and phishing.

It's not super straight forward on its own, I appreciate my customer success manager being available when we have questions on how to achieve something within the platform.

Must do security training for compliance purposes. Trainings are relevant and there are different levels for different types of users.

We used to have access to Title IX training. However that is now moved to a premium package for which we have to pay extra.

KnowBe4 makes training our employees on HR and IT subjects super easy. The layout and tracking helps us to keep on top of where our employees are on their annual company training, and help us to follow up if more training is needed.

The Phish Alert Button, and Phish ER, are also amazing tools that help us keep on top of cybersecurity. Our employees actively use the PAB and not just on their training emails. We are able to keep a better eye on potential threats, and keep our employees diligent when dealing with these threats.

I honestly do not have much bad to say about KnowBe4. My experience has been very positive.

The current admin intrrface is a little clunky and difficult to navigate.

We are currently focusing on phishing and BEC very heavily. KnowBe4 helps us train users in what to look for within emails to not only protect themselves, but also our organization.

The videos and trainings have already been created for us so it allows us to easily parent up to date and relevant content to our employees.
