Very easy to configure, lots of content, able to connect to our systems in terms of SSO and import of users. Variety of content is also very good. We have been very happy with the user friendliness of the system.

At times, I have been frustrated at all the different packages and when we purchase something, a new feature comes out but we have to pay more to get it as it is in a different package.

Meeting the requirement to train all our users on cybersecurity. We also use it for some policies and custom training which is really helpful. This has met a great need in our org.

Its very easy to create a campaign for any group of people with diverse education or experience

It has helped us train the staff by sending live phishing campaings and getting the results back in form of who clicked, who entered the data which is very useful for targetted training.

The depth and variety of training offerings are quite impressive. They even have items for DEI training, which I did not expect. The product works great. After you send out a training or phishing campaign, the emails are sent out quickly or exactly in the manner you specify if you want them staggered. I also use the product to send out monthly phishing tips. I set it up and I don't have to remember to do it each month - it just goes. KnowBe4 support is FANTASTIC. Anything you want, they help immediately. They also stay in touch with you to ensure you continue to use the product and appreciate your investment.

It can be a little tricky to set up initially and learn how to set up campaigns. They will set up a training call (or multiple) to get you started. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but now that I have it, it is such a great tool.

Ongoing emphasis on security awareness and phishing techniques. We are just starting our first enterprise-wide training effort, so I can't fully comment on the benefits to date. The library is expansive so the possibilities are endless.

I love that they came out with AIDA, which is much more realistic on our phishing tests than they would see in the wild. They also have excellent customer service if a problem arises it's addressed immediatly and professionally.

The only issue we have had was with our smart groups; we would like to see the and/or option.

The training is very broad of what classes they offer. We use KnowBe4 for all of our annual security training, as well as clicker training for employees that fail the monthly phishing test.

KnowBe4 provides different Modules for different departments and compliance requirements. The modules are creative, effective, and easy to watch.

The Reporting Dashboards can use improvements including customizations. Same for the Reports.

Everyone who uses technology needs to be aware of its dangers. Educating the Human is essential for preventing Cyber Crime.

While some may say that the trainings are basic, and that may be true, I feel that they are designed this way because so many computer/technology users are coming from different levels of familiarity and KnowBe4 helps to get everyone at a consistent level.

As an advanced user or power user (and not a system admin or security analyst), there are times that I wish I could just skip to the questions or the end so that I can get through the training. However, I have found that even for myself because of subtleties in how trainings are given and the questions are asked, it is still important to go through the training so that concepts are understood from the perspective of KnowBe4.

Some computer/technology do not know the basics because of their lack of experience, training, or desire to stay up to date with the latest trends with security. KnowBe4 does a great job of leveling the playing field.

It covers the topics in an entertaining and educational manner.

It is challenging setting up different notifications in a training campaign.
