The portal is well designed, intuitive and quick to learn. The learning curve was so short that we were deploying complex training programs with automated escalations in matter of hours after we got access to the system.

The assignment of users to new groups or removing them can be a bit cumbersome. You have to practice a few times to learn the right navigation in the portal.

Recommend you work closely with your HR Department to make sure they sanction the training approach and are willing to enforce the required nature of the training.
