The customer service and repsonse time when I have questions or issues has been the best part about this platfrom. They have even been very willing and responsive to my feature suggestions and feedback. Also, the integration with ZOHO was why we swithed to klenty and it has been awesome to have a seamless integration where everything carries over from Klenty to the CRM how you would eant/expect it to from a tool like this. Since we started using Klenty, our BDRs have been meeting quota consistently. Credit where credit is due - that is because Klenty helps us keep our reps' activity tracking in check and shows us which prospect will or will not likely buy. As with many software companies, it often feels like companies develop software without themselves being the end user. At times the UI is a bit clunky, you can't go deep enough in certain features (when you expect that you can), and it's not always as responsive (I often need to refresh my browser) - but I am a very picky software user working for a software company myself.
