What I like the most about Klenty isn't the software, or the affordability, it's the people behing the logo that have made the customer experience completely unique compared to any other software I have had. Everytime I have a question they answer so fast, sometimes within just a few minutes. Their customer service person Elizhabeth was super helpful to solve my problem. She even invited me to a Zoom meeting which made the experience quite smooth. They don't have Snippets, LinkedIn Automation missing, AI Automatic Reply Suggestions missing, Ability to search for and get new leads is missing, Analytics for Lists should be the same as cadences, we can't schedule or pause a cadence, AI does not classify my prospect replies correctly, when sending out emails you should be able to clear all formatting and actually even get a preview of what the email would look like in the prospect's inbox and how it would like in a phone interface, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is simple enough so it is easy to use, but complex enough to make high quality e-mails. Also the support is good, everyone is really helpful. It feels like I am really dealing with humans instead of a support only large entreprises can contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've used a couple other email marketing platforms, with the most time spent using Klenty and HubSpot.
My general perception is that many sales / marketing / email software platforms have similar capabilities.
What makes the difference is whether you, as the customer, can actually implement everything effectively. This is even more important when you aren't a full-time email marketing professional, so you need to get up to speed quickly.
With Klenty, I think the design is fairly intuitive as a self-serve email marketing / sales engagement software. But the big differentiator has been the customer service.
I've been on multiple ~1 hour calls, both for Onboarding and for refining my content. The support doesn't just solve your original problem, they proactively identify other areas for improvement, and offer a lot of great coaching to improve how you use their tools.

Pretty minor, but sometimes definitions are unclear, and it'd be nice to have a clear little floating "info" bubble next to proprietary terms (e.g., what is a List? what does "Not Approaching" a Prospect mean?).

We use Klenty for lead routing & mass email campaigns. It is easy to integrate with the CRM, which makes it a useful tool for us!

I am not fond of having to purchase separate accounts for each sales member in order to have separate dashboards/analytics as well as not being able to integrate multiple calendlys. Its a bit pricey to make a separate acount for each sales person. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
