The platform is easy to use and above all the customer support team is always there to assist which speaks volume. By far, I have test number of other platforms but Klenty has been the best cold email platform. Would recommend having a plug in for outlook so that email read/click/open status is accurate. Presently if I open any specific email sent to a prospect in sent items then under reports it shows as prospect read/opened/clicked on it so I refrain from opening the sent item in my outlook! Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them.
