What do you like best about Klenty?

What I love about Klenty is its exceptional reporting capabilities. You can get all kinds of reports that you can possibly imagine. Secondly, the level of control you have over everything is amazing. For instance- you can choose whether to prioritize sending first emails or follow-ups.

Other than that, the pricing is very reasonable as opposed to other similar tools and support is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Klenty?

I just wish we had the ability to add as many email accounts as we like under one Klenty account. That way you get everything under one hood and it becomes easier to manage things if you are an agency or have a good number of clients.

The other area where Klenty can improve is reporting- though you can get all kinds of reports possible, it would have been better if there was just one place where you could apply filters and get the results you are looking for. It also lacks any sort of report visualization like graphs or charts that may come in handy to indicate trends.

Some other features that would be a great addition include feedback on email copy as you are creating your content and an option to remove any special formatting from your email copy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Klenty?

Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. They also have their own data base of prospects which can also be used to target right set of people which you think are fit for your product or services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Their own database is not large enough. If you use it, you should also have one more database tool for reaching out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Klenty solve problem of reaching out to targeted prospects with multiple touch points. In real scenario it is very tough for outbound prospecting to reach out right prospects one by one by sending them emails individually or sending them connection request on LinkedIn or calling all of them.

Klenty provide a stop solution for all these problems and solve it with the use of AI and automation. klenty automatically can send multiple emails to each prospects at different time interval and send linkedin connects, also based on the sales analytics, it helps you by suggesting which all prospects are right fit to call and nurture.
