What do you like best about Klenty?
Klenty is very easy to use and to personalizar emails. The templates and cadence allow the use of photos, links and provides a very attractive and compelling email. I have had great success in a very tough business for bulk emails (Private Banking). Klenty has provided me with many new clients and thousands of dollars of income stream.
Whenever I have had any difficulties, the support team is always there to resolve your problems.

What do you dislike about Klenty?
More than a dislike, a word of advice. Make sure sure the timing of your emails is random at between 120 y 180 seconds. I made the mistake of keeping the timing fixed at 120 seconds and started getting picked up as Spam Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Klenty offers advanced and adaptive technology at the good price to offer a tool which help you automate multiple touch points to your prospects like: Sending emails, Connecting on LinkedIn and calling them. The ticketing service of Klenty helps us keep track of issues and makes it easier for us to resolve and respond quickly. It also helps us send personalised mails.
