I have been using IntelligenceBank for about 4 years now, and I'd have to say the ease at which I can create and tweak form templates is my favorite part. It provides you with different types of entry fields that you can drag and drop to reorganize. Because we mainly use IntelligenceBank as a data repository, being able to easily create new registers and tweak old ones makes the solution very useful. The ability to export data quickly is great, as is the ability to apply filters to each register to quickly find the specific entry you're looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Bulk importing data from spreadsheets can be a frustrating experience. There have been multiple times where I get unexplained errors and have to do smaller, bite sized imports rather than a more convenient large one. I am usually able to find work arounds for these issues, but it can be time consuming and frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing that I don't really like is that the implementation process was kind of all over the place. Web2Print templates are also hard confusing to upload if you didn't make them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The speed of the site is very slow - we have brought this up with IB a few times but we arent sure if its client-side issue (us) or an IB issue. Apart from speed, we honestly love using IB and use it daily to store all our digital assets across the business. My favorite thing about Intelligence Bank's DAM is the ease of bulk uploading and bulk data adding. You can add keywords to multiple images and make bulk changes, which I find really helpful and a lot easier to use than my previous DAM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There may be an easier way, but the only thing that I dislike is that you can't select multiple images from different folders, you can however select and add them to a downloads folder - but sometimes by habit I will select multiple and click out and realise I've lost them. I love the ease that IntelligenceBank DAM rolled out. It was so easy. The auto-tagging feature was a dream, and IntelligenceBank DAM was very helpful when we needed to auto-tag 37,000+ photos. We like how with IntelligenceBank DAM, we can expand storage as needed, share files with external users, and of course, easily scale up if/when we want to. There's not much to dislike about this system. There are moments when I think "that could be a little easier to accomplish" but those instances are minimal to non-existent (mostly user interface). The funny thing is that, I find that the IntelligenceBank DAM team regularly seems to be thinking through their interface and addressing them. The downside of using this software is that it requires a strong internet connection to upload videos, and it may take longer than usual to upload it, mainly if compared with the speed of loading a file, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Relatively easy to set up the software with the help of IntelligenceBank people. Once this was complete, we have been able to make the majority of the changes internally.

We have a very limited use case for the software, so training was not too much of an issue

Clean interface and good integration with InDesign

Being a small Australian-based company has allowed us to speak directly to the product team and enabled us to influence, to some extent, their roadmap - adding much-needed features in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have had some limited issues with the InDesign connecter - but thankfully, these have been resolved quickly with little fuss.

I find IntelligenceBank a very simple platform for managing my database of more than 300 Contractors. Being completely new to this type of administration role, the program was very easy to navigate and I felt confident after just a few days of use to explore more within the software. Many of my team of Contractors that use the database are time poor and not necessarily tech savvy, but it's very rare that I'm asked for help to utilise the system, as they also find it easy to use. Any issues that I have found, have been dealt with very quickly by the excellent IntelligenceBank Helpdesk team and always resolved to my satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I think the only thing that could be improved are some of the reporting functions. Allowing for more parameters to be applied to my reports would allow me to filter the information without the need for me to do it myself, after producing the report, saving time.
