What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?

I really like the user-friendly platform of IntelligenceBank, which makes it easy for download users and admins when it comes to uploading and downloading. I found it easy to use for keywording and organization of assets into folder subjects. The main board being customizable to our brand is another feature that stands out to me. Their customer service is great—our representative Alan is excellent - always answering right away and finds out the answer as soon as possible, continually following up. The PowerPoint connector is the most widely used feature by our download client departments, which speaks to its popularity. The platform being user-friendly is crucial in encouraging others to utilize it, backed by numerous trainings. I appreciate that it accepts major file types, and I particularly enjoy being able to save downloads in smaller and cropped formats. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was built to do exactly what our organisation needs. so all of the functionality and data captured are for purpose and does the job across a lot of stakeholders, which is no easy feat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?

The nature of the form being stacked makes using intelligence bank clunky and a very long scroll. So when adding different sections of a job, it is a very padded out page so makes proofing tricky when you need to scroll so much up and down, And when scrolling, the page jumps around so you lose your position when scrolling up and down.

Also the filing system and search phrases to find olf jobs is not great. It's not super easy to search for a recent job as tasks from a very long time ago always clog up search results and it takes a lot of loading time to refine or filter the search. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?

High levels of support and customisation, everything was focussed on what we wanted to achieve with the platform, rather than how we fitted into their product. We had regular weekly calls during implementation meaning a lot of development happened quickly. Project documentation and how-to guides were well put together. The platform is highly intuitive and easy to use. The integration happened seamlessly, we migrated from a very outdated platform and were really worried, but it was all fine. Customer support was always on hand and issues resolved quickly. The DAM is used daily by the business and no issues to speak of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is easy to upload content, and it is easy to share both internally and externally. Version control and updates are useful. Delivering content through links is also good. I like being able to navigate through our assets using the folder structures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?

The user experience, functionality, and features are lacking. I would like an updated UI for navigation, in both the assets and the nav. I would like it to be easier to customize nav links and custom pages. The admin area is convoluted and not intuitive. I would like to display folders and assets together. I would like to change the size of the icons/tiles when viewing them. I would like to be able to edit filenames and content within assets without having to download them. I would like to be able to download folders of assets. I would like to be able to delete a current asset version without deleting previous versions (without multiple steps). I would like to view folder sizes (MB/GB). I would like to be able to "favorite" assets, and sort by favorites. I would like to sort by file size. I would like a quick-share function (most used function is sharing). I would like "right-click" functionality for actions. Tags should auto save, instead of "apply" then "save." Sharing collections with both internal users and external clients and stakeholders has been a huge improvement. It is easy to share and customize the settings for sharing collections, as well as adding to amending existing collections. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?

I wish that folder names were searchable, folder icons had instant thumbnails, and that when you create a new folder, the window would automatically open to that folder for uploading- seems like that would be intuitive but it is not, so you have to re-navigate to the folder to begin uploading images.
